WITTY Refund Policy
1. Overview
WITTY Technology Limited and WITTY Solution Limited ("WITTY", "we", "our", or "us") provides digital business services, including but not limited to:
- The Business Growth Program (BGP)
- AI-powered sales and engagement tools (WIZZY)
- Trade intelligence and data-driven buyer acquisition
- Multicurrency payment infrastructure
- Digital consulting, automation, and growth services
Because our services involve custom strategy, data analysis, AI configuration, and resource allocation, all sales are subject to the refund terms outlined below.
2. General Refund Policy
Except where explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement, all payments made to WITTY are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced.
Service delivery is deemed to have commenced once any of the following occurs:
- Access to WITTY platforms or dashboards is granted
- Strategy, research, data analysis, or onboarding work begins
- AI systems (including WIZZY) are configured or trained
- Buyer intelligence, outreach preparation, or campaign setup starts
3. Business Growth Program (BGP) Refund Policy
The Business Growth Program is a high-touch, customized, and resource-intensive service.
Subscription & Program Fees
Quarterly and annual subscription fees are non-refundable once onboarding has started.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Market research
- Competitor analysis
- Buyer intelligence mapping
- AI system setup
- Campaign planning and execution
Performance-Based Refund Guarantee (Where Applicable)
Where a written agreement explicitly includes a performance-based refund guarantee, such guarantee will apply only under the specific conditions stated in that agreement.
Refund guarantees (if any) do not apply where lack of results is caused by:
- Failure to provide accurate business information
- Inability to fulfill orders or meet buyer requirements
- Pricing, quality, or logistics issues on the exporter's side
- Delays caused by third-party platforms or regulatory factors
- Breach of WITTY's platform or communication policies
4. Digital Services, Software & Platform Access
Payments for digital services, platform access, AI tools, automation systems, or software-related services are non-refundable, including:
- AI-powered engagement tools
- Data intelligence access
- Automation workflows
- Digital dashboards or integrations
Once access is granted or usage begins, refunds are not provided.
5. Payment Processing, FX, and Transaction Fees
Transaction fees, FX charges, processing fees, and third-party service fees are non-refundable.
WITTY does not refund costs incurred from banks, payment gateways, card processors, or external service providers.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting WITTY is a violation of this policy.
Where a chargeback is initiated:
- WITTY reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately
- Any associated accounts may be restricted
- Supporting documentation will be provided to the payment processor
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent service termination.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only at WITTY's sole discretion in rare and exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate charges due to technical error
- Proven billing mistakes made by WITTY
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed back to the original payment method and may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
8. How to Request a Refund Review

Requests must include:
- Company name
- Registered email address
- Payment reference or invoice number
- Reason for the request
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

WITTY reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
